Moojuice launched on 1st August 2004 as a spin-off from Plumb’s Dairy and is run by Roger and Samantha Plumb.
The company name was the brainchild of Roger who has 25 years experience in the dairy industry.
Our logo reflects our idea of bringing a more modern and more light-hearted image to doorstep delivery and to appeal to everyone.
The name and logo are popular with children who enjoy spotting our delivery vans, each with their own name – Daisy, Annabel, Buttercup, Ermintrude.
Moojuice Dairy provides employment forĀ 20 people, some of whom have been working at the site for more than 40 years. Originally Manor Farm Dairy and before that the Co-op Dairy.
We deliver on average 27,000 pints per week to 3,500 customers in Haverhill and its surrounding villages as far afield as Bury St, Edmunds, Halstead, Ashdon and Burrough Green.
Moojuice believes strongly in supporting the local economy by buying from local suppliers wherever possible. The survival of the local doorstep delivery service is directly due to the fact that our customers believe in buying local and want an environmentally friendly solution.
We would like to take this opportunity to thank our customers for supporting the British milkman and we would encourage people who don’t currently purchase this way to do so.
“Our service is ideal for the consumer who works hard and appreciates a good reliable delivery service, at a competitive price to make life a little easier.”
Roger Plumb
